Jeff Aebischer
Jeff Aebischer is a Managing Partner at Ardlussa Capital. He is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across Ardlussa’s areas of focus.
Jeff brings ten years of experience structuring and leading private equity deals. Prior to Ardlussa, Jeff spent seven years at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he focused on leading secondary and co-investment transactions. Previously, Jeff worked at Moelis & Company, where he advised companies and private equity clients on debt financing and restructuring alternatives. Before joining Moelis & Company, Jeff served as a U.S. Army Officer with the 101st Airborne Division in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Indian Hill, OH, with his wife and two children.

Kyle Jones is a Partner at Ardlussa Capital. He is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across Ardlussa’s areas of focus.
Kyle brings eight years of experience structuring and leading private equity deals. Prior to Ardlussa, Kyle spent three years at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he focused on leading secondary and co-investment transactions. Previously, Kyle worked at Barclays, where he advised companies and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity & debt financings. Before joining Barclays, Kyle served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, leading combat and sensitive reconnaissance flight missions during multiple deployments. He previously served on the Board of Directors at Laboratory Advanced Solutions.
Kyle holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business. He resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife and three children.

Drew Gleason
Drew Gleason is a Managing Director at Ardlussa Capital. He is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across Ardlussa’s areas of focus.
Prior to Ardlussa, Drew spent eight years at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he focused on leading secondary and co-investment transactions. Previously, Drew led mergers and acquisitions at OrthoAlliance, a private equity-backed healthcare services company. He began his career at Q Advisors, where he advised companies and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financings.
Drew holds a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University. He resides in Edgewood, KY with his wife and three children.

Justin brings five years of experience conducting diligence on private equity deals. Prior to Ardlussa, Justin spent three years at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he focused on secondary, co-investment, and primary transactions.
Justin holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio and is an avid golfer.

Will brings over two years of experience conducting diligence on private equity deals. Prior to Ardlussa, Will spent two years at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he focused on secondary, co-investment, and primary transactions.
Will holds a B.S. in Finance from Purdue University. He resides in West Chester, Ohio and enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, Pearl.
