Jeff Aebischer
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Jeff Aebischer
Jeff Aebischer is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Ardlussa Capital. He is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across Ardlussa’s areas of focus.
Jeff brings nine years of experience structuring and leading private equity deals. Prior to Ardlussa, Jeff spent seven years at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he focused on leading secondary and co-investment transactions. Previously, Jeff worked at Moelis & Company, where he advised companies and private equity clients on debt financing and restructuring alternatives. Before joining Moelis & Company, Jeff served as a U.S. Army Officer with the 101st Airborne Division in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Jeff holds a B.S. in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Indian Hill, OH, with his wife and two children.
Matt Bell

Matt Bell
Matt Bell is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Ardlussa Capital. He is responsible for leading the firm’s capital formation activities and client relationships.
Matt brings ten years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth clients on diversified private equity strategies, asset allocation, and investment implementation. Prior to Ardlussa, Matt spent two years at Oxford Financial Group, where he focused on the firm’s growth and business development activities. Previously, Matt worked at Fort Washington Investment Advisors, where he was Head Portfolio Manager for the Private Client Group. Before joining Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Matt served as a U.S. Army Officer and graduated from the U.S. Army Ranger School.
Matt holds a B.S. in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he was a three-time Captain of the Army Basketball Team. Matt also holds an M.B.A. from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. He resides in West Chester, OH, with his wife and three children.

Justin Kim
Justin Kim is an Associate at Ardlussa Capital. He is responsible for sourcing and conducting diligence across Ardlussa’s areas of focus.
Justin brings over three years of experience conducting diligence on private equity deals. Prior to Ardlussa, Justin spent three years at Fort Washington Capital Partners, where he focused on secondary, co-investment, and primary transactions.
Justin holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio and is an avid golfer.
